1999 Mustang GT, 4.6 liter, 280cu, SOHC, 2V, 9.0:1 Compression

The 99 Modular Motor features Revised Camshafts, Revised Intake Manifold, PI Heads, Larger Valves, Coil-On-Plug Ignition 3.27:1 Posi-Traction 8.8" Rear, 5-speed Tremec T-45 Manual Transmission, 4 Wheel Disc Brakes, 17" Rims, and Traction Control. The 4.6-Liter SOHC Modular V8 engine produces 260 horsepower at 5000 rpm  with 302 foot pounds of torque at 4000 rpm. Those numbers are rated at the flywheel, the Rear Wheel numbers are @ 235 HP/270 TQ 
(another words they're slow as shit).

1999 is the last of the Windsor Motors, (different valve covers, 8 bolt crank, and thicker block webbing)
2000-2004 are Romeo Motors, (different valve covers, 6 bolt crank, thinner block webbing).
(This is why all SC Mfg's dont recommend more than 8lbs of Boost on 2000-2004 Motors)

So basically a stock Mustang GT looks great, handles ok, BUT IS SLOW AS SHIT!!! 
I immediately took care of that by increasing the power output by a full 60%  in one day.....
It's also been lowered for better handling, shocks and struts changed for better comfort, rims and tires for looks and traction, 4.10 gears and a short throw shifter for THE FUN FACTOR, and more......
